    This may sound stupid to you guys but is there a 4x4 badge in the same font as the Tacoma & V6 badge?

    I find it odd that the only place that says 4x4 is the mud flaps.

    I noticed that the gen 3's have the badge and sticker indicating as such and I've seen a handful of Gen 2's with 4x4 badges. I just don't know if that's a factory thing or if they just made them.

    3rd gens have it as part of the bedside decals. Early 3rd gen photos show a badge. You should go with the Tundra 4x4 badge.

    Isn't it a given that the truck is 4x4 and a V6? What wiuld be the point of buying a 2wd 4 cylinder?:confused:

    Come spring when I paint my badgea I'm removing the V6 badge. Already put on new mudflaps that don't say 4x4.

    Plenty of people buy 2wd 4 banger Tacoma its is a fine truck. So is the 4 banger 4x4 I drive one at work often it is just as capable as my personal V6 4x4 off road wise.

    I took the 4x4 off the flaps, so that my Tacoma would be less desirable to truck thieves. They may think it is just a 2wd PreRunner.
