    Hey guys.
I’m having trouble sourcing out some Nitto Ridge Grapplers for my Tacoma and it seems like these two sites are the only ones that are able to ship them to NY. I see some reviews that are making me a little more hesitant from ordering from them but I’m just wondering if anyone had a good experience from them so I feel more confident taking the risk and ordering from them. Just want to see what experiences you guys has had recently with them especially with covid times we are in.

I went through 4wp for my Spidertrax spacers, they came within 2 days. I also got an inline speedometer calibrator, and that took a little over a week to get to me (both of these were about 3 months ago). I am located in AZ, though, and both items shipped from CA. I don't have a complaint about 4wp.

I have never had a problem with 4WP. FWIW, almost all of the big guys use the same few wholesalers/warehouses for tires so I'm not sure why anyone else wouldn't be able to ship to NY unless there is some kind of COVID restriction. Now I definitely would not get parts installed at 4wp though.

Good to hear thank you. I’m sure most people would post a review only when they are angry and didn’t have a great experience haha

Often the most convenient option. Best when your salesperson who does the order knows what they are doing and gives a @#%$. If not, orders get lost or mis-ordered.

A lot of tire issues lately because of COVID supply delays. I just had to wait over a month for a spare for my Samurai because there were literally zero of them, anywhere, in the world. 4WP got it directly from Interco after Interco told them they had none in the world and no ETA on another run.

I ordered some $15 light covers from them. One of two arrived promptly. I left a message on the generic "contact us" on their main site asking about the status of the other, and a local store manager called me within 15 minutes, tracking number in hand.

To me that seems like a company that is on top of it.

I’ve bought several sets of wheels n tires for my trucks over the years from them. They’re ok. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. I believe one time the shipping got really screwed up and they claimed they lost my tires. How, idk how. I eventually got them, but like 5 weeks later. That was like 1 set out of 6 I’ve bought, so not terrible. got these 285 duratracs and wheels from them, most recent purchase (pre covid).

I’m looking to buy a set of 255s for my 3rd gen. I know most people clear the size fine, but I’ve stumbled across a couple posts claiming they had some rubbing. I explained that to 4WP and they stated once a tire is mounted, it can’t be returned. I told them just to test one, on the front. I won’t even drive out out the garage , didn’t matter. They still wouldn’t return them, so I’d be left with one new tire.

I called discount tire and relayed the same thing to them. They said that it’s no problem at all. Bring my truck and the wheels I want to mount the tires to and we can see if they fit. If they don’t, I don’t have to pay for anything. I’ve had no experience with discount tire other than that, but so far they sound great.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I’ll call them tomorrow just to make sure they have them in stock (had an issue in the past of a store saying it was “in stock” but actually wasn’t) but this put my mind more at ease

Did you have them shipped or pick up? They shipped mine in the flimsy retail boxes and UPS destroyed them. When I returned them the salesman told me they were just going to ship the next five the same way so I took the refund.

I ordered a set of Pro Comp A/T Sport tires from them over the phone on a Friday. I live in Ohio. 2 came from FL. And 2 came from Columbus OH. I have all four on Monday. Super fast shipping.

I ordered my Fox coilovers, wheels, tires, and spacers from them. Picked up everything from a local 4wp except the spacers, which I had shipped to my house. Everything went off without a hitch, and the guy I talked to when I ordered was really helpful (and he drove a Tacoma)

Shipped to their store which is 5 mins away. The wheels were boxed by Icon.

I bet they ship by pallet to their stores. If I had one nearby I'd pick-up too.
