Won’t work. Changed the lug size, no longer hub centric, too much positive offset.

wouldn't it be negative offset by 1.5 inches like minus whatever? Or am i thinking of this backwards?

Outside of the wheel is dang near flush with the tire now. If put on a 3rd Gen tire will most likely rub the control arm.

It is going to suck the rim/tire more inward. Almost certain it will rub, might not even clear the brake caliper.

Whole 4G Tacoma is basically started with a clean sheet of paper, hardly any carry over parts.

Believe he wants 4th Gen wheels on a 3rd Gen.

The whole positive vs negative seems backwards to me too, being dyslexic doesn’t help me much either. :p

Hub bore is smaller on 4th gen, lug pattern is the same.

Bolt on spacers with no bore lip is more ideal lol

    6x139.7 mm, M14x1.5, 95 mm Hub Bore. (3G uses M12x1.5)

    17 x 7.0 +60 mm
    17 x 7.5 +55 mm
    18 x 7.5 +55 mm
    18 x 8.0 +50 mm

This has been discussed before as Tundra wheels have been available for two years already with the same specs. You will need minimum 1.25" non-hubcentric wheel spacers just to clear 3rd gen suspension. The wheel spacers also need M14 studs as the lug holes on the wheels are sized for larger M14 lugnut shank dia. Existing M12 Tacoma lugnuts will wallow around in the holes. Something like this should work: https://www.amazon.com/Spacers-Adapters-6x139-7-M14-1-5-Threads/dp/B01N0O2YGN

    In addition you will need:
M12 conical seat open lugnuts to bolt the spacers to a 3rd gen.
2022+ Tundra M14 lugnuts to bolt the wheels to the spacers.

IE: not worth the hassle as there are loads and loads of existing wheels already available for the 3G.

What I have seen for the stock OE 4G wheels, they are kinda lame.

^Yep, you'd be relying on no-name Amazon wheel spacers and troubleshooting vibrations because they aren't hubcentric.
