400 watt 120 volt power inverter limit?

Why did Toyota limit running the 120v power inverter to 100w while driving?
or
Why did they design it to be 100w 400w instead of constant 400w?

With the Alternator being 130 amps at 12 volts DC that gives you a total of 1,560 watts. Watts are Watts. Running a 400 watt 120 AC volt appliance leaves you with 1,160 watts meaning 96.66 amps at 12 volts DC are left for the truck to function.
Looks like we have way more than enough for even more options.

I would like to find what Toyota says about this before I design something around it.

I am suspecting the reason is that they just don't want you to leave a 400W appliance on and deemed a 100W appliance potentially less hazardous.
But this is just a guess.

As soon as I’m in drive my helicopter deflates. I believe it’s more dangerous with s half inflated helicopter at 70mph

Great question! I have an EcoFlow Delta Pro solar generator that can really use the watts (1600 max) for maximum quick charge (when charging with the solar panels is not an option) when I'm out boondock camping.

Did you ever work something out for this?
