So I have always wanted to know what this setup would look like. I’ve never been able to find 35s on the stock OR wheels, until tonight because I just got done mounting them.

This thread is for anyone else that might be curious.

Important: I purposely adjusted my UCAs to add a sketchy amount of camber so the tires would clear them. This was only to creep my way home from where I mounted the tires. This will be completely fixed when my wheel spacers come on Sunday. I won’t be driving the truck until then.

Ok so bad shot of the tires, but they are 255/85/16 on stock wheels with no lift.

EDIT: Here is a picture showing the tires a little better.

265/70/17 - only went up one tire size and put a 1 inch toytec level on the front. i think it made a huge difference

I’m asking for stock wheels, not Pro wheels. But your truck does look good - I’m assuming there is rubbing with that tire size?

The BR and QS are on 255-85. Mine is stock, the QS has substantial suspension upgrades.

We have similar setups. How do you like the tires? I am 90% sure this is the tire I am going with.

So far so good; I had some vibes at first, but then went and had them road force balanced, and been great ever since. Ride nice, fairly quiet, and handled well off road in loose gravel and sand. Haven’t been through mud or rocks with them yet.

@Tyler21 I'm like you and think the stock OR wheels are pretty nice. Do wish they had more backspacing but can't have it all I guess. Goodyear Wrangler Duratrec 285x75R16 on BP-51 and Dakar springs. I've since removed a leaf from the rear to level it out better as the suspension comes configured for heavy loads.

Look around the back of your front wheels and notice how close the Upper Control Arms are to the tire. That is really the concern with the factory wheels. You can fit a 265/75/16 but really nothing wider than the 265 on the OR wheels without using spacers to move the wheels out.
