3rd Gen Tacoma Tail Lights OEM Part Numbers (need help)

I need a new left rear tail light for my 2017 TRD Off-Road. If I enter the vin on various parts sights and select that truck, and navigate to rear tail lights, I get to the attached image. This shows that there are 8 part numbers (4 left, 4 right) tail lights.

These lights seem to be a combination of w/LED or W/O LED, and W/ Chrome or W/O Chrome, or W/ Smoked or W/O smoked. Looking at the selection I feel like my truck probably has Tail Light assembly W/O LED which have the part numbers 81560-04170 (left) an 81550-04170(right), but I'm not 100 percent sure.

To me it seems like most people would want part numbers 81550-04200(R) and 81560-04200(L) which is W/ LED, W/O Chrome, W Smoked, what truck do these come on?

Basically curious as too:

What different truck trims these lights come on. (Pro, Sport, ECT)

How to verify what is on my truck (pulling the other tail light seems to make the most sense)

Can we upgrade to the W/LED, W/O Chrome, W Smoked. Is it worth it? Do they look nicer? Any Photos?

That's really odd because I'm about 99.9% sure there are no OEM led tail lights for our trucks.

81550-04200 is actually the trd pro tail light which is black but it's not led.

 

Sorry to research this old thread. But I can’t seem to find the part number or name to the part in the pictures noted as #8. Anyone know the name (socket) and part number? It holds the bulb, rotates out of the rear light housing and allows the wire harnes to plug into it to run the bulb.
