3rd Gen: Such a thing as flasher relay for LED's?

I was looking to replace my signals with LEDs and want to avoid hyper flashing. I know that you can use resistors to prevent this, but I read that a flasher relay built for LEDs can stop it as well

Is there such a thing as a LED flasher relay for a 3rd gen?

 

Nope. I already checked. I had one on my FRS a few years ago, but no such luck on a taco. You're best bet(as far as i can tell) is a resistor.

I realize that this is a 2 year old thread. Have any of you gotten updated information to share?

Edit: After a bit of research I found that there is no flasher or flasher relay on the 3rd gens. The turn signals are controlled by the "combination meter".
