Hey everyone. Is there a single thread referencing Snorkels. I may want to add one for a specific trip next summer .

here’s what I’ve found, but I’m wondering what people think are the best value/performance.

    ARB, Airraid, Dobinsons, UpTop.

Anything else I need to look at and know?

    thanks.

I think I'm set on the Dobinsons. I'm not to cool so value/performance is key. I've also searched but was looking for specifics since everyone's opinion is what they have is the best! I also didn't want to overlook anything.

    thanks

There are some performance factors that are worth considering, specifically snorkel tube diameter (bigger is better). I did a writeup on the snorkel selection process for my 2nd gen, which you might find useful when defining your criteria.

I preordered this snorkel almost a year ago and got it in March. I didn’t install it because I have a supercharger and I was a little concerned about the size constricting the intake. I just returned the snorkel a couple weeks ago and I got a full refund. Company now recommends only for NA setups and says they may have a revised version for those with forced induction. I’ve only had good experiences with the company.

If your looking for the same benefits without the goofy lookin snorkel look at doing the cowl intake setup. Its more common with 2nd gens but I have seen at least one on a 3rd gen
