Do you mean swapping from driver to passenger or another vehicle or a new seat to replace an old one.

On topic I'm curious about swapping the heated driver's seat out of my 2020 for a Tundra heated/cooled seat. Anyone know if this is possible without too many snags? My ass is so sweaty in the summer time.

    Also, Johnny Five alive!

Now that is a good question as the seat in the Tundra might not fit in the Taco because of the size. Maybe someone else could have a suggestion.
Another suggestion cut a hole out of the seat and have a hose coming in from your AC vent might do the trick. Just kidding.

Honestly I hate the situation where my front is ice cold from AC blasting me and my back and ass are in full swamp mode. First world sweaty-guy problems

    Yes
You can install any aftermarket seats that you want, all of the bigger brands make adapters to mount them however the issue that you have to consider is your airbag system. Even if you are o.k with loosing the airbag sensors and/or airbags in the OE seats you will still need to do some fancy wiring to fool your airbag system into thinking that everything is still there and operable. If you do not bypass the components properly the system will be stuck at fault and will not function properly in the event of an accident.

Leatherseats.com sells kits to add thermoelectric heating/cooling/ventilation to seats, install looks a bit involved but the end result looks nice.

The angle of the seat was my problem. Seat jacker in front and small spacer on the rear got it perfect

This was my issue on drives over an hr. My solution was raise the rear only to level the seat more, raising the front would make it worse.

This type of mod has too many variables to consider before buying (you’d come to find out it being a waste of money) persons height, leg length , lifted/leveled or stock just a few of the main things. The best thing to do would be to test it with washers, raise the front 1” and test then remove and raise the rear and test. I didn’t test it and got lucky but I also compared the seat to the work f150 which is more level and I didn’t have the same uncomfortableness as the taco which was declined in the rear excessively imo

a different option is to contour the seat you have. the seat jackers didn't work for me, my legs are too long and those pushed my knees into the dash, and was just abnormal feeling. the factory seat in stock form was so bad for me i couldn't drive long before my thighs went numb and it would get worse from there, and it also pushed into my low back... horribly uncomfortable.

i had the seat bottom custom contoured by an experienced upholstery shop. it created a deeper bucket toward the seat's rear that i can sink into, and it took all the stress off my back, and now the front of the seat bottom supports my thighs, and the thing is now literally about the most comfortable seat i own. all for $200.

do you have any pictures you can share? I’ve tried seat jackets and they didn’t work. I love this truck but drives over 45 min are torture for me.

I have a 2016 and my tail bone and Coccyx hurt so bad after long trips! I’m too tall to use any cushions or my head needs to go out my sunroof . Any aftermarket seat makers that focus on this issue with the tailbone area ?? Or has anyone mod the OEM seat to get the same designed as a coccyx cushion would have?

Just leave them the way the Toyota engineers designed them and move on. If you can’t do a mod that’s reversible it will make your truck difficult to sale unless you can find a buyer with the same shape and build as yourself.
