If it is the same dimensions you'll just need to get one letter measured and use that to scale the others to size by overlay technique or you can measure and the glove box logo from side to side and scale the height and width linked in Adobe Illustrator. I've done this for other logos with no size specs. I can give it a go but not till next week.

I'm not 100% it will work but all you can do is try. I think there is another logo vector file with those dimensions https://seeklogo.com/vector-logo/332899/toyota-tacoma might be a closer match for scaling.

The glove box logo did not work. I scaled it down to 5" X .4" (which is the size of the glove box logo) but it did not fit properly. The dimensions/style of the letters are different than that on the tailgate.

Why would they not just use the same logo throughout the truck?

Thanks for the vector... it worked well (sort of)

Not sure if I did something wrong but when I cut the letters they were too big for my dad's truck (2019). Is there a different size for different years? I'll have to get him to come over with the truck so i can measure.

EDIT: I just noticed the modified file further down in the feed... I think that'll be the right size. Will try it.

    Thanks again!

I have resized the glovebox text (TACOMA) for your pleasure. The proper dimensions for the text are 4.8" x 0.359" which I have made the text file for quick usage.toyota glove text.png dash text (2).jpg

Thank you very much for this! I was able to size the tailgate properly but was having hell with the glovebox letters.

Has anyone re-sized for the door sill? I can do it but if someone already has the dimensions....

I know this is an old post, but when I add this file to canvas the letters come out over 9 inches long. I'm new to my wifes cricut thing, am I doing something wrong?

I dont know too much about Cricut thingi.. but I bet you may just need to do some scaling adjustment of the SVG file you opened. Most vector programs allow you to scale up or down... Google that up or ask your wife.. she'll know. Good luck.
