So I have an 03 4dr Tacoma and I was wondering if I could take the backseats out of a 3rd gen 4Runner and put them in my Tacoma. I know it is possible with the frontseats but I don’t know about the back.

Front seats aren’t bolt in, you need to modify three out of the four feet. Your mileage may vary.

I highly doubt you could fit the backseats in a double cab. Why the need?

People tend to spill stuff on my seats and the leather is just easier to clean and looks nicer

I’d look into seat covers, much easier. If you’re set on leather Katzkin makes kits for our cars. For something more affordable the best seat covers I can think of are Wet Okole or Coverking.

Sounds like you need some quality seat covers

+1 Wet Okole. Can't say enough good things about the seat covers I bought from them.
