It's less Tacoma and more mod
I'm enjoying my Thunderer Ranger AT/R for 4 season duty.

I had Michelin's LTX M/S2's on my limited stock they did pretty good in Wisconsin weather. This summer I got new tires, Bridgestone Alenza's and so far I like them better, especially in snow. I think they are quieter as well, which is weird considering I had Michelins on my 4runner and I thought they were the best ever.

    Howdy neighbor
A little south of you in Illinois but I just got the Yokohama Geolandar GO15 on my F150 a month or two ago. We just got hit with some bad blizzard conditions today which I had to drive in to get to work and with a couple sandbags in the back and 4wd they did awesome! Very quiet for an A/T and haven't noticed any decrease in MPGs. They do look pretty good on the truck with a very mild tread pattern...

Here's a newer thread on them...

Howdy neighbor! Thanks for the info! My dad just got a new Lariat, and I asked him if he wanted to trade, and he said no :( but the Tacoma treats me well-

I miss my old 2nd gen Taco up in my profile pic. I love the features, power and such of the Lariat like AWD for when the snow is light but miss the simplicity of the Taco.

my last truck ended up on the yokohama geolander a/t. i was extremely happy with them. consistent predictable grip in all conditions including snow. biggest negative for me was that they liked to pick up stones.

my issue was always the noise from it. most times in any temp above 50 degrees i have windows open and would always hear the tickticktick.
