I'm considering the OME 2" lift (I understand it's actually closer to a 3" up front) and the above tires (33.5" x 10.6" actual measurements per BFG) mounted on the 4Runner TRD Pro wheels. Anyone have any experience with this setup? If so, CMC or new UCAs required?

A CMC will be required, along with other trimming and manipulating. I just did a quick search of '34" tires' and there's a fair bit of reading material. I'm no expert in the matter, but it seems like 34" is kind of no-man's land. Most go with 33" and then jump to 35"... Regardless, lifting is not the key to larger tires. Tire width and trimming are the factors.
