I was wondering if anyone has already done this as I was planning on doing it myself. I am prepared to cut a lot and do a cmc, but I was wondering if it works on 3 inches. Send pics please!

On my 2nd gen I ran a 3 inch lift with 33's and had no problems with any rubbing at all.

I have 305/65/17 on 17x8.5 with -10 offset. My truck has about 3" of lift with the OME 885 springs and Nitro shocks. I have the SPC UCA's and the previous owner trimmed the flares. I get a little bit of rubbing on the mount at full lock backing up over curbs or sloped driveways. Since the 18's are an inch taller I think you will rub the mount pretty bad.

Yeah I figured that much and I am prepared for a cmc I was just wondering if it would be even possible. Nice truck though, if it doesn't work out I will probably go with the 305/65r17s.

IMG_2681.jpg 275/65 R18. Warmed up the plastic in the wheel well and reformed it a bit and have only minor issues turning hard backing up. 2 1/2" lift.
