since you do not offroad, you will probably want to get a level kit thats what I have on my 16 taco. I paid around $500 for parts and install at my local dealership

This isn't really a thing, and it's not that simple. You are not going to get instant gratification. Go read some of the stickied basic suspension threads and do some homework.
If you really don't give a shit about the details, just buy the cheapest POS spacer and block kit you can find online and enjoy the shitty ride.

I want to raise it up 3 inches. I already installed 33 tires with 20 inch wheels with a leveling kit. But I want to raise it up 3 inches.

1st step, don't go into said auto shop without knowing exactly what you "need", followed closely by what you "want".

If you don't have any clue at this point, starting here is fine, but might want to preface your query with more details.
Do you care about the ride quality of the lift, the reliability of the lift, cost of the lift, maintenance of the lift, etc.... of any of the lifts available for a 2017 Taco.

Wanting a lift just for the sake of a lift for a mall crawler/pavement pounder could net you a very wide range of suggested lifts.

Narrow down some of the variables and you will be better set to tackle this venture.

I hear you 600 bucks is kind of stingy but that's my budget at the present time. Maybe I should wait. I love the look of the lifted truck and I do want a steady and smooth ride and not having to deal with performance issues with the lift kit down the line. I told you before I was a rookie at this maybe 600 will not cover my lift kit expectations. That's precisely why I seek assistance from you guys.

Cash flow issues. Not uncommon. People string out the term to 72 months (or more), which means a monthly payment of $500-600. For some, that's a large chunk of their monthly cash inflow. I know home builders constructing $1M homes, but can't float $10k.

You can’t stack lifts and it looks like you have a 3” lift already?

How is it even attached? It looks like it is just floating there.

Everyone's got their own priorities. Can't knock anyone for favoring one way over the other. But I agree with you--I know I've learned over the years, "buy once, cry once" has rang true more often than not.
