    •3” front blocks •2” steel rear blocks •1.25" spidertrax spacers for clearance •285/70/17 (33's) Ko2's •20% tint
For sure putting a 3 inch lift in the front but undecided what to put in the rear. Probably go with 1.5 inch blocks. Does anyone have pictures of this?

I'd go with a add a leaf. Blocks just are horrible. wheelers single add a leaf is like $80, cheaper then blocks and u-bolts.

4" front and 2" rear. Not quite the same lift but basically what it would look like if you went 3" front 1" rear. Looks level to me idk. Also I used rear blocks and they were only $51 before tax, so an AAL isn't cheaper.

Blocks are horrible, my strong advice is steer clear of them. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money. Icon progressive aal. It'l lift your rear 1.5. I believe wheelers sells a progressive aal also which is the same thing.

If you want upgraded suspension but don't need a full race set up, go with bilstein 5100s all around, old man emu 887 coils up front and a progressive 3 leaf aal in the rear.

To get the 4 inch front did you put new shocks or just add a block?

If you're going to do 4 inches of lift, your going to need more than just new shocks and coils....

You'll need 4" spindles. But I believe you can only install those on a 4x2 and not a 4x4....I could be wrong on that one. If you hit the 3" Mark or above you'll more than likely need uca's too.

My honest suggestion for you is take the time read and research what you should get. There's a ton very useful information on this site. When I give advice it's usually because I've done it before. I've now had 4 tacomas lifted 4 different ways. Aside from that.....steer clear of spacer lifts on your coilovers and blocks on your rear springs...

Blocks aren't the most horrible scourge to ever hit the planet. They aren't the best option, but not horrible.... That said, the shorter the block the better off you'll be. The higher you "block" a vehicle, the more apt you are to get axle wrap. 1" seems to be about the magic number with anything I've ever dealt with. Problem is, the STOCK LEAF PAC is junk for the most part. AAL's are better and with various types of AAL's, even better yet. You still have that weak stock leaf pac at the heart of your rear suspension. I'm running a 2" Deavers AAL from Headstrong Offroad. It does what I wanted. A little better load capacity....not a ton, but enough. I got a full 2" lift. Ride is balanced between front and rear at highway speeds. I'm using OME 885X's on the front. Better YET is full leaf pac's. In time, I'll probably move to OME Dakars.

Used max tracs spindle, they're only for 2wd. Regarding blocks it's up to you. if you're going to offroad or haul a lot of stuff then I'd suggest AAL or a new leaf pack but if not blocks are fine. I'm only 20 and my dad has an f250 for if we ever need to haul a whole lot of stuff so I wasn't too worried about the blocks. Up to you who to believe if they're bad or not, just make sure if you do get them get tapered ones to avoid axle vibration

Will 3/1 level it out or 3/2?

What about with a 1st gen? I have 3" Eibach coils in the front w/ adjustable 5100's on the bottom setting and Camburg UCA's. I am looking to get the Headstrong off road progressive 3 leaf AAL pack. It says it will lift the rear of your truck 2.5" w/ the overload and 2" without. I plan on taking the overload out. I currently have a 1.5" AAL with the OEM leaf pack that has 245,000 miles. My question is should I go w/ a 2" Prigressive 3 leaf pack or a progressive 1.5" AAL pack. I just don't want a raked truck and Headstrong off road has a great price w/ free shipping. But I don't want the back to be higher than the front. Should I go with the 3" in the front I already have and the 1.5" leaf pack or will it be better to do the 2" leaf pack? Overload spring taken out for sure. I can't decide or find any threads on it beside this one which isn't helping much since most on here are 2nd gens
