Physical location of leak? I'm assuming from the bell housing since you went in for the front seal?

    How much loss is there?

I've had some oddities with cooling line connections on other marquees. Any chance that comes into play here?

    Calling @gearcruncher (as @eon_blue did)

Yes. From the bell housing. It's a steady leak not a small one

All darts are appreciated. We're going to have to get the trams back out and try to make another diagnosis so anything and everything is appreciated

Good morning gentlemen . Does the OP know there are at least 10 seals in the front of the bellhousing ?

1- front pump metal clad seal , which he already replaced .
2 - the front pump o-ring that mates the pump to the transmission casing .
3 - Every bolt holding the front pump in place has a rubber o-ring .
4 - As mentioned above , the converter could have a crack . Usually where the bolts mount to the flywheel or the converter neck where it fits into the transmission pump . Take the converter off and charge it with compressed air to test for a leak .

Do you find it leaks more when the truck is sitting overnight or does it leak more when the truck is running ?

This is a good link to start with

It doesn't leak if the truck isn't running. There has to be a load on it for it to leaks. Would have to put it in gear and cycle through the gears to get the leak to begin. (Or while driving ofcorse)

Will test the converter as you mentioned someone else told me to do the same thing.

Was not aware there was that many seals. A friend of mine is doing the repairs but he's not used to a automatic transmission he is used to working on mt. That's why we're asking for help. Thank you
