Nope, doesn't even turn the starter. And I don't hear any relay clicks.

Check your certification ECU. We had to take a look at mine, but make sure the ground is solid on and and obviously make sure nothings chafed or broken. Your TacomaGX thinks it’s stolen probably lol

Hey, I realized you’re not using GX doors and door handles. Plug in the GX door handles/antennas.

the door handles have sensors and antennas in it for the keyless entry.

Did you ever buy a new ECM for the GX? Or is it the original one that came with the wrecked car?

Everything original from the wrecked GX. I will start looking into the engine codes tomorrow. You're probably right, it probably thinks it's stolen.

I bet your non start condition is due to B279A and not the engine codes. I wonder if it's because you’re not using the GX multifunction display. You’re using the gauge cluster though aren't you?

Kinda throwing the book at you here, probably all things you've already thought of, Im just excited to see this thing run, as im sure every here is.

That GX should've come with a DCM, albeit a 3G one so it won't be of literally any use, but it sounds like the power management ECU talks to the immobilizer ECU through the telephone transceiver.

did you bring the DCM over? Is there anything you didnt Bring over?

Okay sorry for the pictures by my wifi decided to stop working. Here is what I found. B279A is disconnect between the ECM and ID code box (which I don't know what that looks like yet). Also the location on the diagram chart doesn't help at all. The symptoms I am experiencing match to this code. Any help figuring out what this unit is would be much appreciated.

Burnout emoji reminded me: this thing's going to be quick, and you should be able to launch it hard without spinning the tires.

Not sure of your intent for the build, but some impromptu red light races might be a lot of fun.

    Yeah.
I've looked through most pages and never caught this detail, but are you using the driveline from the Lexus and retaining the center diff?

It's not even started yet (I know it will), but I already want one so bad!

Maybe it's something silly. I blew the fuse that lights up the instrument cluster on an older Cadillac. The car wouldn't even attempt to turn over until I replaced that fuse.
