    **UPDATE**

KYB SR4612 and SR4613 work on 5 lugs. Specifically it worked on my 2013 5 lug reg cab. The only modification was slight trimming to the mounting studs due to them being too long with my fat bobs lift kit. This would lead me to believe that they should work with most if not all 2nd Gen 5 lug Tacoma's, but YMMV. These are complete/whole units so no spring compressing or any of that nonsense.

Just figured I'd give an update for any other person looking for complete corner unit solutions with great ride quality.

    **ORIGINAL POST**

I’ve read the guides and I’ve looked around a bit, but not finding a very clear answer… can us 5 lug 2nd Gen guys use Kyb sr4463/sr4464 units?? Anyone?

I have KYB shocks and struts on my 2010. Not sure of the part number because it’s been a few months since I installed them. Go on Rock Autos website and specify your vehicle. It’ll give you the part number. That’s who I bought them from. Price was the best I could find but was offset by the shipping. I went with them anyway vs free ship vendors because they are great to deal with and have a good return policy. I am very happy with the gas KYBs. Good quality, great ride, and a good cost effective alternative to Bilstein. If you lift it, you’ll need to go with the longer pre-runner rear shock option. Front is the same, lift comes from the spacer not the shock. Good luck!
