You have to find your specific version. Search for the screen size/resolution, then your CPU model

 

I searched on the link page and couldn't find my model so emailed them with my model/serial and they sent me the exact file via email.

 

Is there any way to use the serius xm sxv300 tuner on these radios? or is thru the phone app the only way to get xm

 

Installing mine now. Have two leftover plugs and factory back up camera doesn’t work.

 

Any idea what these are or why I don’t have them on the radio harness?

 

If I remember correctly (my memory sucks) it's the Aux input for the head unit from the port above the shifter.

 

Oh! Okay. I did connect the USB, so not too concerned about the aux.

Has anyone had both the Joying unit and the AuCar Tesla style unit and have an opinion?

I'm trying to decide between the two.

I understand there is a cost difference, but if I do the Joying I am definitely going to want to swap the HVAC controls (which is a whole separate project and sourcing black controls).

 

could be wrong but i was thinking those were the two antennas going to your shark fin, one for serius xm and other for gps. there is an adapter you can buy off Amazon or ebay to use them

I also need to solve my backup camera issue. It’s plugged into the harness but doesn’t turn on/has no signal when I shift into reverse.

As for my Joying head unit no, it is not XM ready. I have the Onyx Plus and have it plugged into the RCA "in" plug for the sound without having to "tune" to a FM station.

 

Fixed my backup camera: the default settings and power needed tinkering, but now it works, just blurry.

Pretty close with the 2TPAM, no way a larger screen looks like it would fit.

 

I have had this issue a couple times with my iPhone. For days, no matter what I do it will not connect. Then, eventually my phone will ask if I want to connect to CarPlay and all is well again. I've e-mailed Joying and their fix is to perform a software update with a USB. Apparently since I bought mine a year or so ago it was updated. Haven't done it yet (lazy), but will report back when I do.

 

what sim card are yall using? apparently straight talk verizon sim is not compatable

 

Does it dim by itself at night? I feel like that would be super bright driving at night.
