295/70/18 Toyo Open Country Trail R/T’s on GFX 18x9 wheels, 18mm offset. Min effort..Removed crash brackets and trimmed just a little felt(probably not necessary). Speed-o was off by 1 before install, now showing off by 2. Truck has no problem pulling tires. Waiting on Westcott lift.

Those are self-removing steps. Just requires a little off-roading around some rocks and they'll shear right off.

Nice, I was wondering as well, considering 0 offset methods but this looks nice. Westcott was 6-8 wk lead time when I asked. Was looking at Peak setup.

Have you tested clearance under compression yet? Just asking. Can you post a pick of how much the 295s clear the UCA? Thanks.

Front looks pretty tight. I wouldn’t be surprised if you get some rubbing.

Looks good though. I’ve only seen one 4th gen on the road so far, but I’m getting the impression that they look kind of bland and disproportionate stock, and that it’ll be a necessity to invest in a small lift along with wheels and more aggressive/bigger tires (if you care about looks). Kinda like how hideous the 4 door wrangler looks without a serious tire/wheel upgrade.

Looking forward to seeing it with the lift installed.
    Congrats on the truck.

These new trucks look great to me. I do wonder where it's rubbing and how badly while cycling the suspension though. It would be nice if the 4G can fit bigger tires with less hassle than previous gens.

Nice addition! They really fill up those fender wells. Hard to imagine that you won't get 2-3 rub spots each under compression, though.

Haven't put under compression yet...will get that done in next day or two...I was wrong about the rubbing...in reverse at half steering, the left front tire was rubbing plastic front bumper just a little so I did trim about 1/2"...I do believe the truck can be driven daily with 295's, but I will not put off road until I get the lift..

A lift wont keep things from rubbing under compression/full lock. The suspension still has to cycle.

Love the color. Whole thing looks badass so far. How much of a lift are you doing? From the pics, at least from a visual standpoint, I feel like it doesn't need more than 2" at most.
