Anyone running 295/70/16s with a 3 inch lift

    CMC
    Trimming
    UCAs

    Post some pictures

My birthday is coming up in September and my fiancée is buying me lift kit, tires and wheels

Also looking for lift recommendations I want a 3 inch lift with no droop in the back and wanted to be leveled with the front and leveled in the back with a load in the bed. Planning to do bed rack for tent and to carry the essentials for overlanding. Thanks in advance

I have nothing to contribute besides that you should put a baby in her if she is willing to buy you all that

    1. Your fiance rocks
    2. A local shop in Denver put 295/70r17s on a Taco with a Toytec Boss Lift and Dakars in back. No CMC and only minor trimming to fender liner but the alignment tech is the absolute best.
    3. droop? i think you mean rake and you will likely want to maintain some rake especially if you plan on bedrack and RTT (~200lbs)
    4. based on all that go with Coilovers in front so you can adjust height in the front as you please.

She can afford to do so probably because there is/was no baby inside of her in the first place ;)

Enjoy it, as it will ceases upon marriage lol.

I told my wife I was buying an MP5 and Suppressor with my work bonus, she looked at me like I was crazy and that I better not.

I gave it a few weeks, asked again, she gave me yet another evil stare.

I waited a few more weeks and ordered it anyway. At the last moment she said "I think you should order it". lol.

After I ordered it, bought a new handguard, red dot, QD mount, suppressor, Form1, and Form4, it was $3721 lol. She wasn't too thrilled.

What mfg of MP5? I just saw Silencerco partnered with Dakota Tactical. For a 300 blackout and Omega it is over 7k before tax stamp

    Sorry for the derail

Sorry for the hijack/derail OP. Just know, your fiancé' sound badass!

Info below, I had to get it so my SBR Vector had a friend lol. I haven't received my Form4 yet, and I changed the handguard from the SureFire 628LMF-A LED to the SureFire 328LMF-A LED so the suppressor would mount with no issues.
    • Omega 9-FS - $1794
    • FFL Transfer- $35
    • Holosun HS503BU - $217.34
    • American Defense Low QD Mount - $66.41
    • SureFire 328LMF Handguard - $466.99
    • ATF Form 1 Tax Stamp - $200
    • SilencerCo Omega9K Suppressor - $738.63
    • ATF Form 4 Tax Stamp - $200
    TOTAL WO/ SUPPRESSOR = $2779.74
    TOTAL W/ SUPPRESSOR = $3721.37

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or it's truly that rare that your significant other supports your hobbies? I'm sure said SO would expect the same support from you in return. :boink::confused:

Not being sarcastic complete honest she has been supportive since day one. I do buy her stuff the usual purses, jewelry etc u know how this works. But as far as being there supporting me with my builds she's supported me since day one. That's why I put a ring on it ;)

I wasn't questioning you. I quoted that peter guy because it seemed like he was so taken-aback and surprised because your fiance supports your hobby lol. Because I find that supporting your SO is absolutely quite normal.
