My KO2's would not balance and were not good on wet pavement. No issues with my NRG's.

He's looking for 285/75r17. I think they're only E load for that size.

So I bought some Cooper 295/70/17, still unmounted. I can still fairly easily return them.

Now wishing I had went with 285/75/17 instead.

2.5" lift, CMC, JBA UCA, and pinch weld done. 17x8.5 0 offset.

I always find it interesting that in so many fitment threads, there's so much discussion about modifying the inner fenders.
All I can ever think to myself is... "Y'all still have inner fenders?"

    :rofl::rofl:

You sure those 295s are gonna work with a zero offset and JBA control arms?

I have 285/75/16s ko2 but compared to the 265 wildpeaks I had its night and day difference. They are quieter, better in the rain and balanced a lot easier. My wildpeaks were a nightmare to balance.

Will a 285/75/17 tire fit better?

Can i do a 1" wheel spacer if i run into problems with the JBA uca fitment? I've seen someone mention it as an option.

I can change the tires and add wheel spacers if needed.

The wheels cannot be changed and the JBA uca goes on Saturday 8am.

This is info I have on UCA clearance for JBAs. Other UCAs this is not as big of an issue to my knowledge. JBAs use an oversized ball joint and are bigger in design to accommodate the ball joint.

According to these numbers, the uca should clear the tires??

    The tires are 33.2x11.6
    295/70/17 and wheels 17x8.5 0 offset 4.5bs
6112 and JBA uca is installed. Tires not mounted on wheels yet. Stock wheels on atm.

Sorry for going OT, but i am considering 285/75. But idk that will cause more clearance problems with UCA or not. I see guys running 35s with JBA uca but I'm guessing their wheel specs are more compatible.

Dude I don't rub at all with my 285/75/16 even full lock 4wd i can handle a lil bit of rubbing thats why I want 295/75/16 for my next tire. If you ain't rubbin you ain't racing

8.5 inch wide wheel with a zero offset is 4.75 backspacing according to an online offset/backspace calculator
