2013 Tacoma TRD Sport

Im sure this question has been answered somewhere before but im not having much luck finding it.

I want to run 285/75r-16 on 16x9 wheels. wheels have -12 offset.
taco will also have a 3.5" stage 4 suspension system.

can this be done? and if so will i need trimming?

Please please help me out!
