Can I fit 32.83 tires on stock 2019 TRD-Off road wheels. With my alignment set at 4* of caster? I also have JBA UCA and Bilstein 6112 set on max clip on each side running around 2.3" of lift. I also have a c4 fab front hybrid bumper.

What tire size do you have? That tire on that wheel looks sick.

I don’t see why not. I was running 285/75/16s on a completely stock TRD OR with absolutely no rubbing

You will probably rub on the UCA with stock TRD OR wheels. I was with mine and had to get new rims.

I was rubbing (2” of lift on mine though). I had to get 1.25 spacers to make them clear the UCA.

I’m running that size on 2.5 inches of lift with SPC uppers on stock TRDOR wheels with no rub anywhere, no cutting or spacers or anything. If you can’t get it to not rub on your own take it to someone who really knows how to do an off road alignment, it can be done with no to minimal cutting(just plastic trimming possibly). I can’t 1000% guarantee that they won’t rub on the JBAs but I would be shocked if a good aftermarket control arm didn’t clear them.

You need to look up the definition of subjective.

JBA's are not going to work with factory wheels and tires that large. You'll either need spacers, new wheels, smaller tires, or a different UCA. From JBA's website: upload_2021-8-25_7-22-45.jpg

My next set of tires are gonna be 33" 255 pizza cutters. Either 255/85/16 or 255/80/17. No rubbing, less power loss.

I think that most of the power loss/braking loss is due to the increased weight, and a 255/85/16 KM3 is 59lbs...285/75/16 KM3 is 60lbs. My instinct is that you're not going to see much difference unless you can decrease the weight. Might be better off going with something like the 285/70/17 KO2 which comes in a c-load and weighs in at 51lbs.

Tuning your truck to run a bigger tire will help in the power department. (And MPG).

Luckily my truck only required minor trimming and it’s already done so no going back.

JBA kinda dropped the ball there if that’s the case because stock(or equivalent offset) OR wheels are the ideal offset to avoid hitting the cab mount. SPCs clear 285/75r16s fine with stock wheels

So, have folks had SPC UCAs clear 285s on stock OR wheels?

Whether or not it rubs isn't a matter of opinion. - Objective
Yours did not rub. - Objective
You're in the statistical minority. - Objective

Your poor social skills and short temper are partially due to the fact your daddy didn't hug you enough as a child. - Subjective

It is a matter of opinion when he says it “probably” will rub.
