    Has anyone had trouble going to Pep Boys or Discount Tire to have them install 265/75r16 BFG KO2's on a stock suspension Tacoma? I heard Costco won't allow that.

    Oh there will be some mods all right
    Discount tire is usually a great place to do business with but like most things in life your mileage will vary. Look up reviews of your local store and see if they're positive. My "local" (hour drive one way) store has been fantastic and has mounted bigger than stock a couple times already, I refuse to go anywhere else.
