Hi! Narrowed my tire search down to the Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S for my stock 2016 TRD Off-Road. I'd like something a little more aggressive looking than the stock Goodyear's that came on it, but after wanting the BFG KO2's I learned they might not be the right tire for me. We get a fair amount of snow and rain here in the northeast, and I heard that after about 50% wear the performance of the KO2's drop quite a bit compared to less aggressive tread tires due to the wider lug pattern? Trying to find the happy medium I guess? A tire that will make it over 30K with no problems, handle great in all weather, not break the bank too bad, and still look pretty good? I'd like to go one tire size up to the 75's to fill the hole a little more, but didn't know what they'd look like on my truck?

Thank you! Do you have any other pictures of your truck, and how do you like the Cooper’s and going a little bigger than stock?

Coppers are great in everything I’ve driven in, snow, rain, light Offroad, on highway. There have been no issues with the larger tire. Speedo is off a little and the mpgs are similar when calculated.

I think 265/75/16 is the size that should've came on these trucks.

I just picked up some used at3's in that size, and feel they have a much more proportional look diameter wise. Been very happy so far, mine are the older style and LT C load, no noticeable loss in power even with my 4 banger.

These are Cooper AT3s 265/75/16s I’ve got about 12000 miles on them and they’ve been great in snow, on highway and even mud

the 4s's are fantastic tires! I stuck w/ stock size but I may upsize and stick with the same tire next time around. Mine have over 27k on them now, still about 10-11/32nds tread. Will easily get 40k if not more out of these and I rarely get more than 25-30k before I find performance suffers from all the mountain driving we do. Legit tires in all conditions IMHO without compromising a quiet well-handling pavement tire in the process!

    A few.
I swapped the stock goodyears for a set of those in stock size at 700 miles. A lot of good reviews on them and can get them for a good price. Plus I always liked having the white lettered tires. Something toyota has always had on the off road package until the 3rd gen.20190414_174735.jpg
