I've looked a bit and can only find one pic of a 3rd gen on 235/85r16. Im thinking this may be the size i want but I'd like to see how it looks first. If the internet is correct its just shy of a 32x9.50 post up some pics of your 3rd gen on 235/85r16 if ya got em!

I have that size on a 2nd gen. I won't pollute the thread with the pics unless you want them but I can say it's a great, very underrated size. Also a cheap size.

I like not worrying about fender rubbing or trimming with 255/85r16 and i kinda like the pizza cutter look.

Same. I'd rather have a thin tire when wheeling. I want to go full lock and full stuff with confidence without chopping my truck in any way, which I was able to do even at stock ride height. I'm always saying looks don't matter, but fuck if the that tall thin tire look doesn't scream "I do badass shit with this truck"!

Works many times better in snow than my previous brands, BFG AT & Toyo AT.

It's also a trailer size from years past, so finding that size in a small town should not be too difficult.

I run this size and I dig them. I have an SR without fender flares. I think they integrate really well looks wise with the narrower sheet metal wheel arches. I’m not sure I’d like them as much if my truck had fender flares.

I too would like to see pictures of 3rd Gen Taco's with 235/85-16 on factory rims & stock suspension.
Not sure what I will go with on my SR5 but considering moving from 245/75-16 to 235/85-16.

I more or less have the same truck. How did the 235/85r16 tires affect ride and gas mileage? What psi do you run?

So 235/85 R16's will fit with no rub and no modifications to a non lifted Tacoma? Does this include OffRoad models with the stock rims? I've read about the other sizes but not much on this size.
