Tell me about winch access. Can you see the drum or is it buried? Can you get your hand into the drum if there’s a problem with the line?

Does this bumper work with any skid plates? In the pictures it looks like the front skid plat is removed

Awesome build! What size/brand are the wheels, and what lift does the truck have?

Winch access pretty straight forward. The access holes are big enough for even my big hands with plenty of room to engage the clutch or get to the line itself. If you dont intend on running a lightbar, then you'll be able to easily see the line spooling during operation. Even with a lightbar you can see it fairly well.

Yeah, the OEM "skid" plate was taken off but it goes back on no problem Aftermarket skids will work without question if there is no upturned lip at the front like the Rough Country or CBI version. Versions like RCI may work if the upturned lip is a half inch or less in front of the lower radiator support. It's a very tight fit to get the winch in place along with all the damn sensors and grill louvers Toyota uses these days. A set of SSO skids is also waiting for development, although I dont have a time frame for that.

Thanks! It's just an a rough country level kit, on Weds wheels and 35" toyo MT

Yeah, that’s not ideal. Even with no light bar. Winch access should be from the TOP so you can see it spool/unspool as well as access the controls.

Beautiful bumper, maybe consider this on future versions.

That’s a solid point. Top-down access is definitely the best for visibility, but we aimed for a balance between function, visibility, and a clean design. This setup still allows easy operation without sacrificing style or protection. Appreciate the feedback!

Toyota Safety Sense is the pre collision/radar cruise sensor. It looks like you relocated the parking sensors so you may want to put that in your description.

Yeah we understand. The TSS system is the one that causes the most grief with aftermarket parts. Parking sensors are simple to engineer around and it's clear they are moved. We even provide new parking sensor brackets AND extension harnesses with every bumper. Everything tested and working 100% functional. Thanks for the feedback!
