2023 Tacoma TRD OR suspension

I took my truck into a shop recommend by Toyota to get a fox 2.0 kit and icon aal installed they totally ruined the install. Broke my suspension and had to purchase me replacement parts.

The truck rides so rough it rattles your brain on the freeway. Is this typical? I had a 1st Gen with Bilstein 5100’s and icon aal and it was no where near as bad.

when trying to go back to stock I notice my overload leaf was grinded off. Is this still usable ? I can’t find the part for sale on Toyotas website. Also debating on get 5100’s again in case I can’t get this aal off.

 

Maybe they used the wrong configuration for the rear, adding too much height and stiffness. If it's an empty bed, that might be too many leaves added.



I can't see where they modified the stock springs that are in that box. Looks like they moved over one of the anti-squeak pads perhaps to the new AAL

 

It’s the 3 leaf progressive pack. Supposedly the best one for an empty bed.

should I take it to a new shop and have them take it apart and validate the install?
