I’m paying 42,795.00 for a 2023 DC LB Off Road. The only thing I’m paying for besides the truck at MSRP is tax, license and 75.00 doc fee. if you are leaving a deposit on a allocated truck then get the out the door price in writing and signed don’t let them sell you a bunch of dealer installed junk.
But yeah, 43k seems to be about the average MSRP

Here ya go. A few here and there are starting to be able to get them under MSRP. That is true MSRP. It does not include any of the add-ons.

When negotiating the trade-in allowance for your Chevy, start at Kelley Blue Book private party value. They will likely come back with some stupid low number for the trade-in. Tell them they can take a long walk off a short pier with that number.
I would open negotiations with Kelley blue book, private party value for the trade-in and 5% off true MSRP not including any of the stupid dealer add-ons, or any other bs. talk to 10 dealers. Seven will probably laugh at you. 2 will negotiate and one will probably give it to you for a little under MSRP.

Get the offers in writing so you can show other dealers.

Get the dealer to send you an offer in writing. I paid $40,368 for my 2023 DCSB OR manual trans. $100 below MSRP. Manual trans is $2000 cheaper than the auto. I got a 'proposal' via email and they honored it 3 weeks later when I picked it up on June 3rd.

43k is what I paid on mine as well in April, plus tax of course. No markup though.

I got my off road OTD $44k. No dealer mark up. No crazy bells and whistles (the way I like it). Only thing they added was the door sill package and TRD carpets for $250. Was listed for about $39k.

Forgot to mention it’s a brand new 2023. Had 4 miles on it. Now has about 100.

Probably closer to $48k after taxes and tags and everything. Depends on county/town, but CA runs about 10% (or more) in fees on top of purchase price.

Yeah, 48k and change. I figured it was decent, definitely better than the 5k markups the same dealer was tacking on to 4Runners and Seqoias

$44,060.00 out the door for me. Some have quite a few factory and port installed options that will affect the price quite a bit. Mine had very few options...no bed lighting for example.

Some dealers are a pain...others are easy. I bought mine from Toyota of Clovis...a relatively small dealership, but part of the Penske Group, who are a volume dealer like Longo Toyota (which is a gigantic dealership).
But, at these times, I was prepared to pay a thousand or two over MSRP.
