Just bought a front and rear steel bumper set from 4xInnovations and I’m curious if anybody knows what a decent powder coating job goes for these days? I’m quoting around and the first one I got back was for $850, blast plus primer plus topcoat for both. No idea what is reasonable.

    Thank you!

My local powder coater told me $250 for all the same things you mentioned, that's just for a 4xinnovations rear bumper. I had them do my trd pro skid plate and it was $100.

I dropped off my bare steel Addicted Offroad plate front bumper this week for PC. The best shop in the area quoted me $400‐450, including sandblasting.

    Consider www.monstaliner.com product to DIY.

Powder coat is pretty, and harder than paint. But it will chip and scratch if used hard enough. Then you have a touch up problem.

Monstaliner is very scratch resistant (more than the commonly bought bedliner hardware store products) and any touch ups you can also DIY.

    Just a thought.

    Get multiple local quotes.
What somebody else paid at some other time for some other pieces will have zero sway on what your work will actually cost you.

ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
It's going to depend on the region. That may or may not be a fair price for where you live. I paid $250.00 to have my SOS rear bumper powder coated 4 years ago, that was in GA.
