My 2022 off road DCLB came in today, ordered about 6 months. I don't see many double cab long beds in NE and have only seen a few short bed Lunar Rocks.

Apparently it came early, my dealer originally said it’d arrive Summer 2022 and told me the color and config wasn’t worth the wait. I looked up the exact truck online and couldn’t even find a pic now I have the truck and only see one pic of a Sport. Seems like a rare configuration especially with a redesign coming soon.

Was wondering if Lunar Rock DCLB’s are more common down South or out West?
    Anyone got any pics?
    Appreciate it

That combo in particular is probably decently rare, not many long beds as it is and then a low run color too. Great looking truck!

Uncommon. Not super rare though since it is a TRD Off-Road and they usually make up ~40-50% of all current tacomas

I have one of the same coming 4/5-4/10. I think the Lunar Rocks seem to be slow coming to the east but I expect the numbers to even out.

I’m from the South East and got my 4x4 Sport Double Cab but it’s a short bed, not a fan of how the long bed looks.

In Canada we can only get the off road in a short bed if double cab. I have the same truck and it would have been a long bed given the choice. Mine came a couple days after a trail edition in lunar rock at my local dealer. Only 2 I’ve seen this far locally. N.S

I have one up in Alaska. I saw it on a Saturday night and was the first person in the door Monday morning to buy it. Haven’t seen too many others though now that I think about it.

Nice truck! How’d you get a camper shell for it already… in lunar rock… in Alaska? I had to wait several months for my shell to be made, and I’m in California.

Thanks! I ordered the shell the next day from the local Leer dealer, and it came in 2 weeks ago. I think there was just some luck on the timing honestly. It wasn’t cheap though, $4200. From what I heard when I was in there, there now seems to be a shortage of hinges and door latches which is holding up production.

Mmmmm, Lunar Rock. Looks nice. That was my first color choice, but was told last year it wasn't available in CO in a TRDOR access cab. Haven't seen any, either. Always figured if I really cared THAT much I'd just get it painted or wrapped. Haven't cared that much yet, but I will say that cement is not a happy color.

For the 2022 TRD off-road, I’m gonna guess from most common to least common is this (USA):

    DCSB 4x4 Automatic
    DCLB 4x4 Automatic
    ACLB 4x4 Automatic
    DCSB 2x4 Automatic
    DCSB 4x4 Manual

Yeah, sound like you definitely lucked out with the timing! They said it was a glass shortage for the windows that held mine up for a while. They originally told me 14 weeks, but actually came in 9 or 10 tho, so the wait wasn’t too bad. Mine wasn’t cheap either, but I’ll bet they’ll be approaching $5K by the end of the year if this inflation continues. Crazy world.

Probably just yours to be honest lol. I can't recall seeing a LRLB sport around here. I have a QSLB OR and I've only seen a couple in town and I'm pretty sure I live in the tacoma capital of the US.

lmao, shit, you live in NV too.

    Long live the long bois

Haha yeah NV, particularly Northern NV, seems to be a Tacoma epicenter lol

there’s actually a twin LRLB up in incline village where I work, but that’s the only other one I’ve personally seen.
