I just bought some 2021 takeoffs and and neglected to look at the guys door jamb sticker for the recommended tire pressure. Could someone who has one take a picture of the door jam sticker or at least tell me what they say the pressure should be for this tire. Thanks,

I have those tires on my 2020 Pro. I find they run better at 35psi cold. Better gas mileage and better on road handling.

What's written on the tire is the MAX load that tire can go. You comment is like saying "I had to go get 200pounds of sandbag but the doorjamb said 990pounds of payload so I filled it up."

So yes, that is bad. not bad like you're gonna hurt the tire, just bad like it'll ride like crap and will wear like crap also.

Yes that is max pressure usually for seating the bead and not to be exceeded. After you run the tire and it heats up, the pressure goes up. If you inflate to max pressure, after it heats up you will exceed max pressure.

A lot of people seem to heat them up by driving and then do the chalk method. Fill until even wear off on the chalk, as I understand.

$1000 and they have less than 400 miles and the TPMS's are installed. The valve stem looks like a regular valve stem but I was assured that the TPMS's had not been removed.

Killer deal dude!! FYI, don’t pop out the center caps unless it’s a life or death situation. Brittle clips that hold the retaining ring on. Leave as is and enjoy! ✌️

Max psi is just that; 44 psi.
Max load occurs at 36 psi.

I use the depth gauge on my Mitotoyo caliper to measure tread depth across the tread and at a couple of places around the tire whenever I do the tire rotation. If you're over or underinflated you'll see it in the measurements and you'll be able to get a rough idea of how long the tires are going to last. Also use the same caliper to measure what's left on the front pads at the same time and note that in the notebook I keep in the glove box for all things truck related.

The TPMS is built into the valve stem, they would be a solid metal valve stem.

That is what I thought also but checking around the 21's do have a TPMS with a rubber covered valve stem.

I know right? Maybe someone with a 21 TRD Pro can confirm. I have looked them over pretty closely and there is no sign of wheels having been broken down to remove them.

Ya I am genuinely curious. I wonder if they are an aftermarket replacement
