I'm Chasing the Chassis Dimensions for a 2021 TRD Tacoma 4x4 Short bed? need to know as i am build a aluminium tray and canopy for one.

Pickup Bed Dimensions
There's the short bed, which is 60.5 inches long; and there's the long bed, which is 73.7 inches long. Both beds measure in at 19.1 inches high and 41.5 inches wide, making them perfect for carrying cargo.

cheers yeah i had found that but looking more for things like mounting dimensions and the centre of the axel to the head board

 

Your best bet is to find one on the lot, examine it carefully with your fabrication in mind, take pictures, bring a sketch pad and MEASURE it. Bare dimensions from someone is not gonna help you acquire insight into how to fab what you want.
