The trd Pro has specific suspension components that add performance on rough and off road( better springs and shocks). It also has the off-road performance features of the off-road (lockerts terrain select traction control, crawl control to name a few.

the limited is meant to cater to comfort and luxury with the leather seating. To me a Tacoma or a 4 runner would never be as comfortable as a Lexus RX. If you really want comfort I would suggest the less RX350. If you want to have a durable body on frame vehicle that will take years of punishment and has off-road capability I would stick with the 4 runner and Tacoma.. if your posing with one you won’t keep it forever and will end up in the vehicle that suits what you want.

    this and that...
i think the most dramatic difference in a pro vs limited comparison would actually go to the 4runner. on the 4runner the front end is totally different between the two trims. the limited has the superior seating in heated and cooled seats with perforated leather. pro only has softex heated seats. limited has xreas sport suspension. pro has a fox setup. limited has full time 4wd. pro has part time 4wd. both have full led setup (dtrl, lows, highs, fogs, tails) for 2021. there are other small differences, but these were the biggest ones that would make you choose one over the other. i wish toyota made more of a difference for the tacoma. on the taco you can far and away tell that the pro is the "premier" trim, with the 4runner its more ambiguous.

I think the Limited caters to the F150 crowd that likes Chrome and the traditional/old fashioned look.

I've never seen a Limited with blacked out emblems, but in general I don't see allot of them.

I was thinking it mainly appeals to the over 70 crowd with all that chrome.
