Just curious if anyone has installed the 2021 4runner pro wheels on a Tacoma yet or has seen any photos of them on a taco

Looking to get new wheels for my 2019
I had the 4runner pro SEMAs on my 2016, unfortunately the truck was totaled this past July (glad to be alive). However, I bought 5 of the sema wheels in case something happened to 1 and they were discontinued again. So I have 1 sema bnib.
I could buy 3 semas, or try to sell the 1 and get the 21s. WWYD?

    TIA

I think it is pretty common to put those on a Tacoma and they work fine. Those are the same wheels I want for mine with a more aggressive tire but I am too cheap to replace perfectly good wheels and tires lol.

Yea, the 2 wheels are very similar. Just wondering how it looks on the taco, or if the differences are even that noticeable.

I'm leaning towards ordering 3 SEMAs, I still really like those wheels and of course the cost would be significantly less than buying 4 of the 21 pro wheels

Also kind of interested in doing something a little different than I did with my 16, as much as I loved that truck, I don't want to replicate it exactly.

Awesome that's exactly what I was looking for. I guess I need to sharpen my search skills because I don't know how I didn't find that thread.
They actually look really good on the taco.
    Hard choice to make
    Thanks!

    They look really good.
Any chance you could get an angle shot of the whole truck?

I saw reports of others having to remove the front dust caps for the install. Were you able to install without any complications?

I’m curious if that is rubbing with the 33’s? Stock pro suspension?

No doubt these wheels look good, but that dust cap removal deal is why I went with the older SEMAs. Will be interested to see how these work out for folks longer term.

Did you have any fitment issues? Did you have to grind down the rear hub at all?

Found a set on offer up that I want to pull the trigger on. I’m concern about fitment issues. Anyone running the new 4r pro wheels without any issues?

Hey thanks for chiming in. Referring to the new version 4r pro wheels though. I know the older version fits no issues. The newer version I’ve seen people say they have to grind hub or wheels and some say no issue. So not sure what to believe.
