    Hello everyone,

I am yet again reaching out for some more advice. I am adding a tailgate light bar to my 2020 trd-offroad. The one I ordered comes with a 4 pin harness that can plug and play with my OEM set up. However, it also has a reverse light, but the wire for it is separately. I would like to just hard wire the entire thing to my towing harness.

I have only been able to find two things. One is for a 2015 Tacoma so I don't want to necessarily rely on that. The other is an image that google pulled up that just says Tacoma truck diagram. Can any one confirm this photo to be correct, or shoot me link to the right diagram?

As always, I appreciate the help!!! :)

All 7 pin connectors are the same so you’re good!

Don't cut the OEM tow harness...
Goose neck harness has different colors, use multimeter to identify circuits.

OP, the cover on the plug at the rear of the truck has the info on it. It’s kinda hard to see but its there.

Thanks for the tips. I did find this video of a guy installing that light bar on his tundra. He also found a way to add reverse with tapping in to any factory wires. If any one else wants to put one of these on. I just had to order the 4 pin instead 5 pin adapter.

There is a plight coming off the rear lighting harness on the passenger side, right side at the frame, is this the plug n play access point for the tow wiring? Any input(almost) would be helpful

Ok, Got it all fixed up now,
Added; Bed Lights better than OEM w OEM cargo switch, great looking badgeless grill, removed ALL the badges except the stamped tailgate, installed red "TACOMA" inserts, I took the "4x4" off the tailgate(I think Toyota puts it there in case you forget if your truck is 4wd ....Nice mud flaps, better than OEM Running boards, swapped OEM headlight/blinker switch for OEM headlight/blinker switch with foglight switch, better than OEM fog lights, w OEM harness, mirrors w blinkers, OEM hitch and extra big transmission cooler, though I had to do the wiring myself using the OEM dual 7/4 pin connector, installed a rev light w relay to the connector, got a deal on the Supercharger with ECU/TCU Tune, (unpluged and selling the Pedal Cammander), I still want to install an OEM backup/park assist alarm just because it's already wired.... Roughly $7,200.00 USD spent on everything and I know I left out something. I bought the truck Jan 11, 23, had 20142 miles on it. So far, March 12 I've put 500 miles on it. Runs great, this is a 2.7 that will pin you to the seat. Also I installed a bed step too. Loving my Tacoma Access cab. After getting the Tune Job and Supercharger my average fuel milage went from 18 mpg to almost 22mpg. I thought it would go down but fortunately it went up.
Edit....; forgot to mention I installed hood struts, always hated those prop rods and all interior LED conversion , exterior except head and fog light, I tried them but to me, I see better with the halogens so I swapped them back.. all said and done so far, this is a clean, nicely trimmed Silver Sky street ride with adequate power for a modest tow and more than enough to get me up to speed with interstate traffic. This is not my first Yoyota, been driving them since I was a high school kid, 58 now, I think this is about my 14th Toyota Pickup, bought 3 new, most of the others from private sellers, friends, etc. This is the first used one I ever bought off a Toyota dealer.
So far I have had this truck 2 months, hasn't been wet since I bought it, I keep it garaged and I don't even want to drive it in the rain.... Call me whatever, but it's mine and I'll do what I want with it. When I retire in 4 years I'm still going to have a nice, clean, reliable Tacoma. Meanwhile I'll put the miles on our company cars , to which I have a couple dozen to choose from... usually I drive a 13 Tacoma Base 2wd company vehicle, or one of several Toyota cars we have.
