For sale is my 2017 Subaru WRX Limited 6MT. I purchased this car in July of 2016; it was one of the first 2017 model year WRXs available. The car has World Rally Blue Paint and a black leather interior with red stitching. There are currently just under 38,000 miles on the odometer but that number will rise as it is my daily driver. The car has a clean title.

Factory or dealer-installed options include: Harmon Kardon stereo, navigation, SPT short-throw shifter, auto-dimming mirror with compass, center console extension, and rear bumper applique.

This car is in excellent shape both physically and mechanically. There are a few small rock chips on the front bumper from being behind trucks on the highway but otherwise it is in excellent, near-new condition. The interior is flawless, with the seats showing next to no wear and no surfaces in need of attention. I replaced the cabin filter at 24,000 miles. Both the interior and exterior look and feel like that of a car with one-tenth of the mileage.

The car does have a few aftermarket parts. First and most prevalent is a Borla cat-back exhaust. It has a good sound to it and has absolutely zero drone on the highway while being a fair amount louder than stock on acceleration. It is by no means offensively loud. If I get asking price the system will stay on the car if it's wanted, otherwise I can put the OEM exhaust back on. I can include the OEM exhaust with the sale. Additional items on the car are Rokblokz mud flaps (which can be uninstalled), FastWRX front license plate mounting bracket (can also be removed), front/rear/trunk Weathertech rubber floormats with SubiSpeed WRX logo inserts (I do have the original carpet mats), and LED interior lights. Additionally, I have a set of winter wheels/tires for the car. The wheels are gold Sparco Terras, the tires General Altimax Arctics. I purchased the set from Tire Rack in October of 2016. We can negotiate a price for these as they were over $1k for the set. The car has not been tuned or modified in any way other than what is listed in this paragraph. No Accessport, pro tune, or anything like that. The Borla exhaust is the ONLY mechanical modification, and it can be brought back to bone-stock in a matter of minutes.

Mechanically the car is flawless. The engine has had routine oil changes with synthetic oil. The manual transmission operates just as it did the day I bought the car. The clutch is smooth and shows no signs of wear. All maintenance has been done at the dealer. I have every service record and every piece of paperwork associated with the car.

Reason for sale is that I'm ready for a change. I bought the WRX during a time in which I needed all-wheel-drive for year-round duty but have since purchased a 4Runner which can take on the winter when I need any serious capability. What the WRX is unnecessary for my life today. Hopefully somebody can take it off my hands that loves it as I once did. I'm simply ready to replace the WRX with something else.

I am willing to drive a couple of hours to deliver the car. The pictures provided are obviously from a few months back but the car is completely unchanged today (aside from the winter wheel/tire set being on for the season). VIN and any further details available upon request.

Asking price is $27,000. This reflects the quality and condition of the car and meticulousness with which I have cared for it. It is truly a great vehicle all-around, averages ~28-30 MPG with highway stints well over 35 MPG, performs extremely well, and is in excellent shape. Shoot me a PM for more information, pictures, or details if needed. Thanks for looking.

first: Jeremy, youre poking the bear! haha

I'm gonna buy one of these soon for sure!.... but this guy is asking a bit much for my taste... he's only asking 4k less than a brand new one I was quoted.

(no offense OP, they might be more expensive in your area than here)

They certainly hold value quite well up here, no doubt about that. My price is somewhat negotiable. I just need to be fair to myself and not get shafted on the sale.

Oh I totally understand that. I bought one in Colorado, shipped it with me to Hawaii when I moved, and fortunately, sold it there for $500 more than I paid for it at the dealer in Colorado

Don't believe everything you read. To get those MPG numbers, you have to drive like an old lady or they're based on the onboard computer which is off by 10%+.

The display in mine typically shows 28+ MPG for the tank, but the actual mileage is 25-26 MPG. Still not bad.

Still not bad, but yea I figured those numbers might not be realistic for the average cruising driver. That said, I might just go el cheapo with a used Yaris. Nothing special, but it does get great mileage and feels like a fast go cart!

I dont drive like an old lady. Well, sometimes, but thats not the point. I drive fairly aggressively at times and regularly get 26-28 when doing the miles divided by gallons. I rarely look at the computer numbers.

Good luck on the sale OP. They do seem to hold their value and are a blast to drive. Beautiful color too.

psh. no way. FMR / WRX stuff is the best part of this forum lately. haha... the Nova Thread has been slow, (especially since @Coot83 ghosted on us)

@Superman910 is the PERFECT man to produce FMR.

(btw- @Roody , sorry for blowing your thread up... but at least it's keeping it at the top of the forum :D)

I have been looking at the accessport, just for the ability to kill the rev hang. But not gonna pull the trigger yet.
Sorry OP to derail your thread. Free bumps for your sweet ride :)
