2016 Camry se Special Edition audio problems

My stereo unit works 1/4 of the time. When it does work (radio and Bluetooth is what i mainly use) right after i shut off car to go to the gas station for something, I turn the car back on and I get nothing. I've looked at all the settings and I have up to date drivers. I still can't figure out what kind of head unit (brand) I have to properly search. Anyone had these problems? Also, all of the wires are plugged in correctly. Sometimes when I turn off the car to go shopping and come back and my bluetooth is still connected, the status of the songs are "playing", but no sound and I can not hear anything on the radio either.

 

Mine does the same thing. I have a 2016 Toyota Camry se. Did you ever figure out the problem?
