I posted this on the RAV4world forum but didn't get any response. I figured the TW community was much more helpful and responsive.

I'm replacing the hub assembly on the wife's rav4 and I'm looking for the torque specs. Can anyone help?

This maybe a stretch, but if anyone can shoot me the service manual for the rav4 I'd greatly appreciate it. I found the service manual (pdf) for my 3rd gen Tacoma and that thing has been a life saver.

I think this is what you need, technically the axle nut isn't supposed to be reused but sometimes you can get away with it if it can be properly restaked.

@Dm93 Thank you! I love it...this community is awesome!! BTW, I did buy two new axle nuts from Toyota.

    215 ft/lbs sheeesh!

I read some documents for previous years and it showed both 159 ft/lbs and 215 ft/lbs. I couldn't figure out which to use for the wife's car. Thanks again!

It showed 2 different diagrams on Mitchell both showed the same torque, I don't have access to factory info but Mitchell's info is generally correct.
