Just curious, how did you find you were prewired? I have a 2015 4cyl base and I haven’t really looked but I don’t see any wiring by the fog covers or recall seeing any going to switches when I did my light bar button in the dash

The harness should be taped up under your headlight. In the top left empty switch cover there should be the wires for the switch already there.

4 Banger is a stretch for pre-wired for fogs...

Top left switch blank currently houses the switch for my light bar. Don’t think it was connected to anything. Something tells me I don’t have them lol. At least they gave me the backup camera wiring

Any chance you have pictures? Or are there pictures floating around so I would know what to look for? I have a 2014 4 banger SR5 and fog lights would be nice, just like adding the outside temperature display was really nice since my truck was pre-wired for that

Just so ya know I went outside and checked, I got nothing taped to the headlights. Definitely didn’t have anything in that switch blank otherwise I wouldn’t of used it. Maybe SR5 is different

Maybe the switch died. Remove it and test it.
    Test circuit first:

With Headlights in Low Beam, place a jumper wire on the rear of the switch connector. Mate Blue with White n Black Stripe. Verify fog illumination.

    OP says he has CaliRaisedLights.
I will make the assumption he is using a their switch too?
If so, here is the switch diagram from their sights for the their fog light switch.

Wired my own in today. Some $50 cheapo Amazon ones. Fitment sucked and took some convincing to get the fog housings in. Wiring harness was trash but luckily I had one laying around. You get what you pay for I guess

    This.

Voltmeter or test light will help your cause too if you haven't already verified voltage.

I know it's old thread, but adding OEM fog lights to my 2015 Tacoma Prerunner 4 liter V6.
The truck was wired for the fog lights, and I got an OEM Toyota switch for the dash.
All went together smoothly, added the relay.
The lights come on for a second then shut back off.
    Tried another relay, same thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
