2013 Pre Runner Double cab Tacoma: How many blend door actuators?

I have cold air blowing from driver's side vent and warm on the other 3 vents. How many temperature blend door actuators do I need to check? Where are the located? I tested the recirculation door servo and the temperature adjustment works fine. I checked the blend door actuator by the glove compartment on the passenger side and it moves when I move the vent position. Is there another blend door actuator on the driver side? If so, where is it located?

 

Just a single temperature actuator, there's 3 actuators in total. Air Inlet Servo (Recirculate), Air Mix Servo (Temperature), and Mode Control Servo.

Does the air progressively get warmer across the vents from the driver's side to the passenger's side? If so that is a classic sign of low refrigerant.

 

Bingo! I didn't mention that because I thought it was insignificant. But you hit the nail on the head. It's coldest by my window and progressively gets warmer from the other 3 vents. Thanks for the info!
