Hey Guys! Unfortunately, we had a bumper go out to a customer who's body shop couldn't figure out how to install it. The bumper was colored to match the truck, but was not painted in the inside just the outside. It has rust and it still B/M in the inside of the bumper. The mounting holes were reemed out the brackets will cover this so you can't tell, I'm just letting you know. I have attached some pictures of the bumper and brackets. This bumper as is, is selling for $700.00 if you would like us to powder coat it the cost is $850.00. Call us for more details or to purchase. We only have one so first come first serve.

If the mounting holes are reemed out, does this impact the ability to properly install the bumper and align it with the trucks body lines? Is the paint all scratched up or is it just dirty in the pic?

Actually it fits easier, the brackets cover the holes. The bumper is dirty and scratched up pretty bad. You will defiantly need to get it painted.

Body shop couldn't figure it out? Time for a new shop. I grew up with my dad doing body work. A good body man can literally do just about anything you might want

Body shop couldn't figure it out??? Hell I had mine installed in less than a hour up at work. That was removing the factory bumper and putting the new one on.

Not the same bumper but same set up as far as I can tell

GLWS. It looks to be very similar to mine and a steal at that price.

I like the demello line of bumpers, but this bumper don't seem like it lines up with the edges of the grill and lower piece of the headlight???? Like your other bumpers seem to fit?

Looks like the lines are way off. How can one make it sink further in?

I'm not sure I understand, it's exactly like our other bumpers. This customer was nice enough to let us barrow his truck for a test fit of this one. His previous bumper is the bumper that made the scratches on his truck. This bumper we are showing is no different than our current tacoma bumpers. Now there are two different styles for the 2005-2011 and 2012-2015. This one is a 2015.

here are some shots of the same model bumper on a different truck.

Since I participated and lost in the free bumper giveaway, and I'm pretty sure my story was at least a little funny plus it met all the "extra credit" points, I don't suppose I can have this old thing if it's just laying around there can I? I'd come and get it of course, and even send you guys some snazzy photos of it bolted on my 2015! That's the only way I think I'm going to be able to talk the warden (wife) into letting me have a DO bumper, unless I save up all the lunch money she gives me for the next few years.

Felt obligated to post here after running the bumper and testing it out.I purchased this bumper after much deliberation and speaking with The Demello team. They made me a huge deal on this bumper. What I discovered, after my own concerns and the same as others, was that the guys at Demello are not going to steer you wrong. The issue with the bumper, after adjusting it and mounting, was that, in my opinion, the body shop did not account for the gap between the fenders and the bumper. They drilled out the bumper in an attempt to adjust it higher, to eliminate the gap, which was there to account for body roll/flex. After mounting it somewhat high, I noticed on large bumps and what not, the fenders would rattle/ make contact with the bumper. I adjusted and mounted it at a lower level closer to Demello's design and no problems.

Bottom line, Demello Offroad is going to hook you up. They're not going to sell you something that won't work. In the event their product doesn't work, as in this case, they'll make it right. However in my opinion, Demello got the short end of the stick in this deal, hands down.

Thanks for the great deal guys!
