2011 Access cab rear seat cargo bin question.

Hi all,
I removed my factory X subwoofer and am building a rear cargo shelf for my dog like the Goose gear one. I removed the rear center storage console which has left an open area where the center bin was. If I don’t build the shelf over the bins like the goose shelf, does anyone know if the later model 2nd gen storage box that just has 2 lids will drop in?

I’m no help but I’d love to know what boxes those are. They appear to be perfect size to level off the area.
