Aside from the Flavor Flav wheels it's a nice looking truck.

Get up under it and examine the inside of the frame rails for rust, take your time. Take some pics and post them up for us to look at.

Looks pretty good from the pictures. Look at the frame really close where the front mount for the rear leaf springs are welded. Also look towards the front of the frame where it is boxed. Make sure it hasn’t been slathered in paint or some other type of coating to cover the rust. You can use a hammer or some other object to tap on the frame. Make sure it sounds like you are hitting solid metal. If it makes a thud like something soft, be careful!

If you can pull a Carfax report, it will tell you where the truck has spent most of its life. If it spent a lot of time in the road salt states, inspect it very closely!

Georgia would not be a concern to me, Indiana would be.

Looks wet when that pic was taken. Make sure you inspect that paint when it's dry for clear coat problems.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t it the 05/06 that had the head gasket problems??

You shouldn't be able to tell if the frame has been replaced.

    I like those wheels.

Man, that is so close I'm not sure I'd risk it. My 2 cents.

Exhaust is not stock either ("dual" exhaust)...not that is necessarily bad, but I'd have a look there as well. Looks decent from the pics though.
