The truck is all stock with about 80k miles. From the little bit of research, I have done this looks like it could be a wild goose chase. With it being these three codes hoping someone here had a similar situation and could lead me in the right direction.

P0441 indicates that the VSV (purge) valve is sticking or stuck open or closed, this is likely the cause of your 455/456 codes. Engine running unhook the hose and electrical connector, there should be no vacuum present with the electrical connector disconnected, if vacuum is present the valve is bad and needs to be replaced. To check if it's stuck closed you need to apply battery power to the 2 pins, with power applied and engine running vacuum should be present.

Thanks, looks like it might be stuck closed. I could not feel any vacuum on that valve with the connector in and the hose off. So, can this thing get unstuck or is it time to buy a new one?

If it's sticking at all it's probably time to replace it, you can try cleaning it but it may only be a temporary fix. Did you try jumping power to it?, the pcm doesn't command it on all the time although generally during a hot idle it is commanded on at a low duty cycle.

Well turned out to be the gas cap... Thankfully I went that route early so I didn’t get to far out in the weeds chasing ghost.

Good find, it's funny working in a shop EVAP issues are almost never the gas cap but reading on here seems many people fix them with the gas cap.

My 08 still has the original gas cap. I might do a preventive change to avoid any scares like this. My 08 TSX had issues a couple years ago, and a new gas cap fixed them too.
