I have a brown wire, green wire, green wire with white stripe, and a grey wire with white stripe.

The grey wire with white stripe is larger than the other 3 wires.

Does anyone have the info to wire up the O2 sensor?

    O2 sensor has a 2 whites, a black, and a grey wire.

your wire colors do not match up to the schematic, you sure you have the right connector? Here are the 2005 circuits for the O2 sensors.

thanks, do you have the 4cyl or 6 cyl? I didn't check the 4cyl wiring diagram, maybe that has a gray wire.

Mouse chew through the wires? Why not just some butt crimps and be done with it.

being that the wires do not match up to any of the schematics, you have about a 25% chance of getting it right.

For the sensor, here are the pin outs, you’ll need to match up with the truck. Again your wire colors don’t match anything so it would be a SWAG at best.

What I would do is get a voltmeter and measure each wire with key ignition on.

To check the heater circuit, One wire will be +12V that’s the +B terminal. One will have no continuity to ground with ignition off and continuity to ground when switched on, that is the HT2B terminal.

For the other two signal wires, you’ve got a 50/50 shot. If it’s not working right, reverse them.

Now maybe some one can tell us what ones are signal + / -

I originally posted grey wire with white stripe, that wire could also be a faded black. Truck is an 05 tacoma

The green wire with white stripe could be blue/ faded

Black wire with white stripe = black wire
    Green wire
    Brown wire
Blue wire with white stripe = blue wire

    This fits the schematic?
