What are some good companies that sell a front bumper for a 2004 tacoma?

Why do you want a new bumper? What do you want to do with it? Off road, winch, replace a wrecked one???

Well, now it just depends on your budget. You have welding skills? There are some companies that offer plate bumper "kits" where they send you a pile of pieces, and you weld it all together. Those are cheaper for the kit, and usually cheaper to ship, too, but you need to be a competent welder. Or, check out the threads posted above, there's a lot of info there. I personally like the look of the relentless or cbi bumpers.
