I put a 06 toyota Tundra limited access cab into my 03 toyota tacoma double cab. I used all the tundra wiring. I call it a 36 Toyota Tacundra.

What would you like to see? This is the tundra I used. I got to drive it in the owners back yard. The sad part was it still drove like new. I tried out the four wheel drive, hi and low it all worked perfect. It felt like the limited slip diff would lock in four wheel drive. I am not tall but I did have to hunch down. I wanted to drive it home,LOL. He bought the truck for the bed.06 tundra 1st picture.jpg

[IMG]I lifted the cab off the frame and rolled the frame forward to put int the engine.

And notice the struts had to be removed for clearance.

I pulled the 3.4 January 3rd. I purchased lumber for lifting the cab in April 28th. I was driving the truck in June. 6 months the truck was down, but I did not work on it every day.[IMG] This is what I started with

DSCN6621.jpg[IMG] this is what I have now!

yes, I wanted a toyota v8. My truck was not 4x4 so that is where this started. I got stuck in the sand at the beach, so I bought another tacoma that was wreaked and used the 4x4 parts to make mine 4x4. here it is!DSCN6900.jpg I did end up putting the truck back together. This is what it look like when done.DSCN7215.jpg

Its awesome. I just towed another tacoma over a pass without any problem. It has 81 more horsepower and 97 more foot pounds or torque. and is a lot lighter than the Tundra
